Lynd Sells Colorado Springs Apartment Community for $67.5 Million

Just two years after acquiring a 288-unit, garden-style apartment community in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lynd Acquisitions Group (LAG) has sold the property for $67.5 million, surpassing investment goals three years sooner than anticipated.
