ADAM DAVID LYND, CPM
Chief Executive Officer
Adam David Lynd joined LYND in 1997 where he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 16 years. During this time Mr. Lynd oversaw the collection of $250 million in annual rent collections which span across the country in 15 states and 50 different metros. Mr. Lynd has also acquired over $2.8 billion in total real estate value. As a Co-founder of the acquisition company known as Lynd Residential Properties, Mr. Lynd led joint ventures into both commercial management and the hospitality sector.

This resulted in acquiring 50% of the Easton Group in 2007 which launched LYND to becoming the 7th largest manager of office and industrial space in Miami (7 million square feet).
In 2009, the BC LYND Company was established. As one of its founders, Mr. Lynd created a hospitality group which currently operates 12 luxury hotels. Mr. Lynd received his Bachelors in Administration from Southern Methodist University and holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as, the CAPS designation from the National Apartment Association.
Mr. Lynd also Co-founder LYND Development Partners who earned the prestigious “High-Rise of the Year” award from Multifamily Executive for their development project EnV in Chicago. Other impressive high- rise assets include The Bowie Austin and Joule Denver.
Accepting his new role as CEO for LYND Opportunity Partners in 2016, Mr. Lynd leads a very skilled investment team that searches for and invests in opportunistic real estate transactions throughout the United States.
LYND Opportunity Partners also serves as the investment advisor to American Veterans Housing CORP. This is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing Veterans with affordable housing.
Keu Zafar
Chief Operating Officer
Keu Zafar serves as Chief Operating Officer of LYND, where he leads the company’s operational strategy and execution across its national multifamily portfolio. He is responsible for optimizing performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning platform capabilities to support LYND’s continued growth and long-term investment objectives.

Mr. Zafar previously co-founded and led eSupply Systems, a procurement platform for the multifamily industry that was successfully acquired by RealPage.

JUSTIN UTZ
Chief Financial Officer
Justin Utz is responsible for operational oversight of all initiatives within Development, Aqcuisitions and Property Management at Lynd Management Group. He generates critical paths to align with company goals and values. With over twenty years of management and operations experience, Mr. Utz bolsters our strategic insights, accountability practices and team building processes. He is uniquely positioned to lead and sustain our rapidly expanding business divisions.

Mr. Utz joined Lynd as Chief Operating Officer following his time at GDC Technics, a global aerospace firm, where he also served as COO. Prior, he served as Partner and Co-Founder of Rubix Ventures – a firm that provides insights and crafts value-add programs in M&A, government relations and real estate. Mr. Utz’s history includes a decade of work in Operations, Finance and Employee Relations at the Zachry Group.
Justin Utz holds an Associate of Applied Sciences from Texas Technical College and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University.
CONSTANTINE SCURTIS
Chief Investment Officer
Constantine Scurtis graduated from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in economics. As Managing Partner of Lynd, Mr. Scurtis lead the efforts in acquiring in excess of $1B of multifamily & commercial properties. Constantine and David Lynd are co-founders of SL Capital. SL Capital has acted as correspondent lender to several major lending institutions including Cantor Commercial Real Estate, Berkeley Point Capital and Hunt Real Estate Capital.

Mr. Scurtis is a co-founder of Downstream Realty LLC headquartered in Miami FL with offices in Dallas, TX. Downstream has developed in excess of one hundred million dollars Class A climate controlled self storage facilities in South Florida.
ANTHONY TIRITILLI
President of Development
Over the past three decades, Anthony Tiritilli has amassed a reputation for transforming neighborhoods through real estate development and investments. While, Mr. Tiritilli, has a broad range of experience in almost all asset classes, at the core, he is a multi-family developer. He has coordinated every aspect of these developments including the construction and design process, engaging directly with general contractors, architects, engineers, government officials, and community residents.

Mr. Tiritilli has delivered 3MM+ square feet of residential projects, 1MM+ square feet of senior housing and skilled nursing facilities, 2MM+ square feet of mixed-use developments including office, retail, and commercial totaling over $2 Billion in value.
Recent high-profile development projects include a mixed-use market rate/affordable residential tower over retail anchored by Target located in the Rogers Park Neighborhood of Chicago as well as a 1MM+ square foot historic redevelopment of a former textile mill into residential, office, and retail located in Greenville, SC.
JAMAR RANSOM
Chief Wellness Officer
Jamar Ransom is an expert in fitness, nutrition, and coaching. A certified personal trainer since 1995 from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he’s our ultimate coach when it comes to peak performance with our employees’ total wellness.
Mr. Ransom works to strengthen Lynd’s core value of a balanced life with his commitment to supporting the team’s personal wellness goals, both big and small. His guidance works to provide positive vibes inside and outside the office, while assisting everyone with reaching their personal goals!
MARSHALL SHEAR
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions
Marshall Shear joined the LYND team in November of 2019 to assist with the acquisition and development of multifamily apartment communities. Since joining the team, LYND has closed over $1B of multifamily acquisitions and development. Before LYND, Marshall worked with Mr. Scurtis in the development of Class A climate-controlled self-storage facilities in South Florida. Mr. Shear has experience in modeling and structuring transactions across all asset classes within commercial real estate. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
ALI WOODS
Vice President of Investments
Ali Woods began her career at Lynd in 2003 and is currently the Vice President of Investment Accounting and Finance. Ms. Woods has managed the accounting, reporting and transactional duties on nearly $3.4 billion of real estate transactions for LYND investments and development. She has handled investment accounting and investor relations for multiple LYND joint ventures with some of the most prominent private and institutional investors. Ms. Woods graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting.
LAWRENCE POPE
Vice President of Development and Investments
Lawrence Pope leads Lynd Development Group’s financial analysis and go-to-market strategy. Additional responsibilities include capital markets strategy, investor relations, and asset management. Throughout his career he has underwritten and developed adaptive reuse and ground-up assets in Chicago, Texas, Arizona, Seattle, and Florida totaling over $650M. Previously, he spent 8 years at Deloitte working in its management consulting and accounting practice areas, followed by 3 years at a mid-market real estate private equity company. Mr. Pope holds a CPA license in Illinois, earned his MBA from Northwestern University, Chicago, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Locke Lynd brings a dynamic blend of innovation, leadership, and industry insight to his role as Vice President of Lynd Living. With over six years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Mr. Lynd currently also serves as a Regional Manager for Lynd, where he oversees property operations with a sharp eye for performance, efficiency, and resident experience. Before entering the real estate space, Locke built an impressive career in technology and innovation. He led Deep Zoo, a forward-thinking think tank focused on emerging technologies, and previously ran Morphogenesis, a multidisciplinary venture exploring the intersection of tech, design, and future systems.

ANTHONY ORLANDI
Vice President of Development
Recognized leader in project delivery, with a 20-year track record of providing exceptional value to clients and project partners through turnkey construction services and project approaches, Anthony has built a career of working on world-class projects utilizing innovative processes across all major asset classes. Areas of focus include design-build, MEP coordination, integrated project delivery (IPD), lean construction, virtual design and construction, high-performance building, and self-performed trades. Mr. Orlandi is a graduate of Illinois State University.
JOSUE GARZA
President of Property Management
Mr. Garza is now the President of Property Management after originally starting with Lynd in 2010. Prior to returning, he was the Director of Property Management for 11 years at Gran Ciudad, a property management startup pioneering multifamily rental housing in Mexico. He initially joined Lynd as part of the Special Operations Program; an immersive, rotational program for college graduates new to the property management industry. Josue was eventually promoted to Regional Manager and supervised multiple portfolios in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Cum Laude

Janelle Roberts serves as the Regional Vice President overseeing Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. Since joining the Lynd team in January 2016, she has demonstrated exceptional growth and leadership. Starting as a Property Manager, Ms. Roberts quickly ascended through the ranks, achieving roles as a 4-Star Manager, Junior Regional Manager, and Senior Regional Manager.

Director of Learning and Resident Programming
Jeannine Zapata leads the development, implementation, and tracking of Lynd’s training program to enhance employee skills and their development paths. Through the development and iteration of instructional practices that align training programs to company initiatives and strategies, Jeannine cultivates all Lynd employees. With over 20 years of property management experience in roles as a Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Community Director, she is an invaluable resource at every management level.

JANE NEESHAM
Director of Implementation
and Software Support
Jane Neesham started with Lynd in 1990 as an Onsite Property Manager. She grew in her career from an Onsite Property Manager to Regional Manager of a portfolio of up to 2500 units at any given time for almost six years. Ms. Neesham then transitioned to the Quality Assurance role which consisted of working closely with the onsite staff and corporate personnel. During this time, she was responsible for auditing each of the property’s performance reports for any discrepancies.

As issues were found they were documented and reviewed with the Lynd Executive team for further action as needed. Ms. Neesham was also responsible for managing the Property Performance Review Program which was instrumental in assuring each property under the Lynd management was walked, audited and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Throughout her 30+ years she has played important roles within the company that included due diligences, training, mentoring and owner relationships.
VIOLA MARTIN
Director of Human Resources
Viola Martin joined LYND in September of 2008 and represents LYND as the Director of Human Resources. Viola has 23 years of experience in the Human Resource industry. Prior to LYND, Viola worked abroad in the Philippines for the Department of Defense. Viola’s experience also includes performing the role of Payroll & Benefits Administrator for the Cancer Therapy & Research Center. A native of San Antonio, she obtained her Human Resources Certification through North West Vista College.
MARGIE ELIZONDO
Director of Payroll
Margie Elizondo serves as the Director of Payroll. She has been with LYND for 14-years. Margie brings over 23-years of Human Resources & Payroll experience, 20-years in a leadership role working for companies such as; Decker Foods, Spring Creek Hospital, and LabCorp. Margie ensures that payroll is processed properly, assures that payroll systems are functioning accurately and provides accurate reporting to the Accounting Department.

Together with her team, Ms. Elizondo plans for and documents all employment changes, including the hiring of new employees, and the preparation of all new employee files and records. She is committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere with the company and aiding all employees with payroll concerns.
Ms. Elizondo is a graduate of San Antonio’s Lanier High School. She began with LYND as a Human Resource Assistant, but with effort, drive, and quality performance she has gained promotions to her current position as Director of Payroll.
JARRAD THIERATH
Director of Development
Jarrad Thierath has played an integral role in developing over 15 projects, totaling over $1B, from garden communities to award-winning high-rises. He assists in managing all aspects of the development process, from contract execution through stabilization and turnover to property management.
Mr. Theirath’s primary tasks involve site selection, contract negotiation and administration, zoning and entitlement management, lead design and programming, and primary liaison with city officials, zoning attorneys, and all project consultants.

Additionally, he works closely with the VP of Construction to oversee and coordinate with the general contractors and subcontractors. Jarrad received his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his Executive MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
