Ms Sheppard joined The Lynd Company as Regional Manager in September of 2007 and was promoted to Senior Regional Manager December 2010 with a more recent promotion to Executive Vice President of Operations December 2018. Ms Sheppard has over 30 years of proven, successful experience in all property management arenas including Owner/Operator, Developer and Fee Management, with property types ranging from garden style, high rise communities Class A to Student housing, Rural Development/HUD and tax credit/bond properties.

Over 20 years of experience in Sales Management, Marketing, Development (Personnel & Business), Collections, Construction Services Management, and Financial Analysis. Alfredo is a high performing executive at Lynd with a proven track record of accomplishments in multiple industries, including Higher Education, Retail, TeleServices, and Real Estate Management. At Lynd since 2006, Alfredo has held positions of Director of Call Center & Resident Services, Compliance, Construction Services, Regional Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Operations, who along with the Team has helped Lynd grow to where it is today.

Mr. Scurtis graduated from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in economics. As Managing Partner of Lynd, Mr. Scurtis lead the efforts in acquiring in excess of $1B of multifamily & commercial properties. Constantine and David Lynd are co-founders of SL Capital. SL Capital has acted as correspondent lender to several major lending institutions including Cantor Commercial Real Estate, Berkeley Point Capital and Hunt Real Estate Capital. SL Capital has originated and facilitated the funding of loans in excess of seven hundred and fifty million dollars. Constantine is a co founder of Downstream Realty LLC headquartered in Miami FL with offices in Dallas, TX. Downstream has developed in excess of one hundred million dollars Class A climate controlled self storage facilities in South Florida.

Scott Brymer has been a real estate developer and entrepreneur for over 25 years. Mr. Brymer served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Koontz/McCombs, of San Antonio, Texas. In that capacity he oversaw all operations including human resources, construction, finance, and legal functions across the firm. During his time with the company he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and disposition of over 2,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and multifamily assets.

Brandon Behrens has been managing construction projects for over seven years, from multifamily to commercial developments. His primary responsibilities are hard cost budgeting and overseeing the general contractor during construction, helping ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget. He also assists in each development project, from land acquisition all the way through lease-up. He received his BA from Texas A&M University and is active with RECSA and ULI.

Viola Martin joined LYND in September of 2008 and represents LYND as the Director of Human Resources. Viola has 22 years’ experience in the Human Resource industry. Prior to LYND, Viola worked abroad in the Philippines for 7-years at the Department of Defense Education Activity at Clark AB. Viola’s experience also includes performing the role of Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for the Cancer Therapy & Research Center for 12-years. A native of San Antonio, she obtained her Human Resources Certification through North West Vista College.

Margie Elizondo serves as the Director of Payroll. She has been with LYND for 14-years. Margie brings over 23-years of Human Resources & Payroll experience, 20-years in a leadership role working for companies such as; Decker Foods, Spring Creek Hospital, and LabCorp. Margie ensures that payroll is processed properly, assures that payroll systems are functioning accurately and provides accurate reporting to the Accounting Department.
